👓 Prescription lenses
Unless a product page clearly states that prescription lenses are included, REIC eyewear is sold as non-prescription eyewear, sunglasses, clip-on eyewear, or frame-based products. If you require prescription lenses, you should consult a qualified optician or eyewear professional.

🚚 Shipping and delivery

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, non-collection, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply.
🌍 International orders, customs and duties
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, local charges, or other import-related costs applied by their country.
These charges are not controlled by REIC and may not be included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout. If you refuse delivery or fail to collect an order because of customs or import charges, any refund will be reviewed once the parcel is returned to us, and shipping or return costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
↩️ Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty requests are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

  • REIC offers a 1-year store warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Warranty coverage does not include accidental damage, scratches from use, misuse, improper cleaning, loss, theft, or normal wear and tear.
  • Nothing in our policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
🇮🇪 EU, Irish and UK consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or removes your statutory consumer rights. Customers in Ireland, the EU, the UK, and other regions may have legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
Customers in Ireland, the EU, and the UK may also have cancellation rights for eligible online purchases. Where local consumer law provides greater protection than these terms, we will handle your request in line with applicable law.
🧼 Product care and customer responsibility
To help protect your REIC eyewear, you should handle frames and lenses carefully, store them in a protective case when not in use, clean lenses with a suitable lens cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals, excessive heat, bending, crushing, dropping, or improper storage.
Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, accidental impact, incorrect storage, or normal wear and tear may not be covered by our return or warranty policy.
🎁 Promotions, discounts and gift cards
  • Discount codes must be used before checkout is completed and cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
  • We may change, pause, or end promotions at any time.
  • Gift cards, if offered, are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase and may be non-refundable unless required by law.
