📦 Order processing time
REIC products are normally held in stock, which allows us to prepare and dispatch orders quickly.
- Ireland: orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. In many cases, orders are dispatched the next business day.
- Outside Ireland: orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
- Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, busy sale periods, or due to payment verification or address checks.

We use trusted delivery partners to ship REIC orders safely and efficiently.
- Ireland: orders are usually shipped with An Post.
- Outside Ireland: orders may be shipped with UPS or another trusted courier depending on the destination, service availability, and selected shipping method.
⏱️ Estimated delivery times
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
- Ireland: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- European Union: usually 4–10 business days after dispatch.
- United States & international: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is clearly offered at checkout.
💳 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. The final shipping cost may depend on your delivery country, shipping method, order value, promotions, and available courier options.
If free shipping is offered as part of a promotion, the conditions for that offer will be shown on the website or at checkout.
📍 Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch, especially during weekends, public holidays, or when the parcel is first scanned by the courier.
🌍 International orders, customs & import charges
For orders delivered outside Ireland, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges applied by your country.
- These charges are set by local authorities and are not controlled by REIC.
- Unless clearly stated at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs checks may delay delivery.
- If a parcel is refused or not collected due to customs or import fees, any refund will be reviewed once the parcel is returned to us, and shipping or return costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
🏠 Incorrect or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. REIC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.
- If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at shopreic@gmail.com.
- We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or non-collection, additional shipping costs may apply.
📬 Failed delivery or uncollected parcels
If a courier attempts delivery and the parcel is not collected, refused, or returned to us, we will review the case once the parcel is received back.
- Additional shipping costs may apply if you request reshipment.
- Original shipping costs may not be refundable where delivery was attempted correctly.
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs and any non-refundable courier charges may be deducted where permitted by law.
⏳ Delays
We aim to dispatch orders quickly, but delivery may sometimes be delayed due to courier issues, customs checks, public holidays, weather, strikes, high seasonal demand, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will help review the tracking information and next steps.
📦 Lost, damaged, or missing parcels
If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, contact us as soon as possible at shopreic@gmail.com or call +353 89 982 1882.
- Please include your order number.
- For damaged parcels, please include clear photos of the packaging and product.
- For missing items, please include photos of everything received, including the packaging.
- We may need to open an investigation with the courier before confirming the final resolution.
🕶️ Packaging
REIC eyewear is packaged carefully to help protect the frame, lenses, magnetic clip-on lens, case, pouch, cloth, and any included accessories during transit.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything appears damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.
↩️ Returns after delivery
If you wish to return an item after delivery, please review our Return & Refund Policy. REIC offers a 90-day return window for eligible items and a 1-year store warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
⚖️ Consumer rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or removes your statutory consumer rights. Customers in Ireland, the EU, the UK, and other regions may have legal rights where goods are delayed, lost, damaged, faulty, not as described, or otherwise not delivered in line with the sales contract.
