Shipping & returns
What if it doesn’t work for me?
No problem. We want you to feel confident with your REIC eyewear. If it is not the right fit for you, you can request a return within 90 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in good condition and returned with its original packaging where possible.
Please contact us first at shopreic@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. REIC offers a 1-year store warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This covers faults related to materials or workmanship, but does not cover accidental damage, scratches caused by misuse, loss, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available on selected orders, promotions or delivery locations. Any available free shipping offer will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout before payment.
If free shipping is not available for your order, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How fast do you ship?
REIC products are normally held in stock and processed quickly. Orders within Ireland are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and many are dispatched the next business day.
Orders outside Ireland are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
How can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.
Orders within Ireland are usually shipped with An Post. International orders may be shipped with UPS or another trusted courier depending on destination and service availability.

Do REIC lenses offer UV protection?
Yes. REIC magnetic sun clips are designed with UV400 protection to help protect your eyes from UVA and UVB rays during bright outdoor moments.
