No problem. We want you to feel confident with your REIC eyewear. If it is not the right fit for you, you can request a return within 90 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in good condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible.

Yes. REIC offers a 1-year store warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty covers faults related to materials or workmanship, but does not cover accidental damage, scratches caused by misuse, loss, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Free shipping may be available on selected orders, promotions, or delivery locations. Any available free shipping offer will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout before payment.

If free shipping is not available for your order, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REIC products are normally held in stock and processed quickly. Orders within Ireland are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and many are dispatched the next business day. Orders outside Ireland are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Yes. REIC offers a 90-day return window for eligible items. Items must be unused, undamaged, in good condition, and returned with the original packaging where possible. Please contact us before sending any return.

Orders within Ireland are usually shipped with An Post. International orders may be shipped with UPS or another trusted courier depending on destination and service availability.
