Orders within Ireland are typically processed within 1–2 business days and are often dispatched the next business day. International orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. We use An Post for Ireland and trusted international carriers for orders outside Ireland. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier conditions.

REIC frames are made from TR90, a lightweight, flexible and highly resistant material designed for everyday durability and comfort.

If you are planning to add prescription lenses, simply take the main frame and the magnetic clip-on lens to your optician. This helps ensure the new lenses are fitted correctly while keeping the magnetic clip perfectly aligned with the frame.

During the lens fitting process, the frame may be gently heated and adjusted so the prescription lenses sit securely in place. Because REIC frames are made with durable TR90 material, they are designed to handle this standard optical fitting process safely.

For the best result, always bring the full REIC set:

What if it doesn’t work for me?

No problem. We want you to feel confident with your REIC eyewear. If it is not the right fit for you, you can request a return within 90 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in good condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. REIC offers a 1-year store warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty covers faults related to materials or workmanship, but does not cover accidental damage, scratches caused by misuse, loss, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be available on selected orders, promotions, or delivery locations. Any available free shipping offer will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout before payment.

If free shipping is not available for your order, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
